E-Trail Report Generator |
E-Trail Report Generator provides a comprehensive reporting facility for its users. These
reports are designed to provide statistical analysis on the electronic communications retained by the archive.
Reports are produced in a web browser and can be exported to PDF, XML or CSV file formats. The reports include analysis on:
- Total number of messages sent to ( or from or both) for a given person or department code over
a user defined date range plotted by day, week, month etc as specified by the user.

- The largest senders ( or receivers or both) of internal ( or external or both) email sorted in decending
order. User selects person/code and list size.
- A descending list of the most communications between two people or department codes for a given date range.
User selects the number of entries in the report.
- The number of messages sent (or received or both) from one person or department code to one or more people
(or department codes) for a given date range.
