| E-Trail Digital Archive Exchange Gateway is a seamless integration between Outlook and E-Trail Digital Archive for mailbox
management. Through the use of E-Trail Exchange Gateway™,companies can automatically delete emails from their Exchange servers based on a policy
(e.g. all emails more than 60 days old, the oldest emails in any mailbox that exceeds a company specified storage maximum) replacing them
with Outlook stubs that when double-clicked by a user will result in the retrieval and display of the original email from the E-Trail Digital Archive™.
In addition, users will be able to query the E-Trail Digital Archive™ for their email from their Outlook client resulting in a new Outlook folder with the
requested messages. The integration between E-Trail Digital Archive™ and Outlook greatly facilitates mailbox management which results in the reduction of
email plant operational costs. |
